The History or Story Behind Seawood
The orignal cottage was built in 1975 by Charlie Holt. The third floor was added in 1990, also done by Mr. Holt.

Seawood "DOs and DON'Ts
Garbage pickup is on Wednesday mornings, so you need to set it out at the end of the paved road before 8 AM. You also need to make sure the lid is on tight and weighted down with a rock or the coons will have scattered trash all over the yard at night. During particularly dry years, try to conserve water by taking shorter showers, minimizing flushes, etc. because the well provides 2 gallons per minute. In "wet" years, there is no reason to worry about it...please ask when you arrive.

Please Do not smoke in the house. Please do not bring any pets. If you have small children, please watch them carefully and move some of the breakable items within reach of little fingers.
